Gentle Motion Memorial Photo for the Service Video
Four short clips of a restored portrait, each in a different style: a soft smile, then and now, a slow push-in, and the still photograph. No music, and the person does not speak.
What the clip is
The video is four short clips of the restored photograph, each in a different style, for a slideshow at the service. Smile and soft glow eases a closed-mouth smile and warms the background. Smile and slow push-in uses the same smile and moves closer, level, with the face in the centre. Then and now holds the photograph you uploaded, dissolves into the restored portrait, and ends on that smile. Still photo and slow push-in moves the photograph itself closer and leaves the face as it is. The head stays still. The frame stays level. The person does not speak. There is no music.
You do not see the clips before you pay. You see the still portrait, watermarked, beside the original. If you buy the video, or the portrait and video together, all four clips are made from that restored portrait. The glow and both push-ins are about 6 seconds. Then and now is about 8 seconds. Each clip usually takes a few minutes and then appears on the same download page, and each one can be downloaded on its own.
What you preview, and what you do not
The preview is the photograph: original and restored, labeled. That is the moment to decide whether the face is right. The moving clip is not part of the preview. The still restoration leaves the expression as it was. The smile styles ease a soft smile, using the original pixels. Still photo and slow push-in keeps the photograph as it is and only moves closer. The face stays the face in the photograph.
Color and background are chosen on the still, before payment. Each clip uses that result. It does not offer a second restoration. All four clips stay on the download page.
Video, portrait, or both
Video is four short clips of the restored photograph, each in a different style, for slideshows and sharing.
Portrait is the restored photograph in every print size. It includes a 16:9 still for a slideshow, which is a picture, not a clip.
Portrait + video is the portrait in every print size, plus all four clips. Prices are on the pricing page, before tax. Checkout shows the amount in your local currency. A saved family-pack credit, if you still have one from an earlier purchase, unlocks a portrait with print files.
Using it in the room
The clip is a short file for a screen, not a file for the easel. Play it inside the slideshow the family is already using, or on a laptop. It does not replace the printed portrait.
If the service only needs still photographs, skip the video and download the 16:9 still that comes with a portrait. Order the clip when someone specifically wants the photograph to move for a few seconds.
Look at the still preview on a large screen first. The clip cannot fix a face you were unsure about in the photograph.
The download page keeps the clip for the same limited time as the portrait files. Save your own copy. The privacy page states how long a paid order stays on this site, and an unpaid preview is deleted sooner, on the timer shown while you are making it.
If a slideshow already has music, leave the clip silent and let that music play. Adding a second soundtrack in the file would fight the service’s own audio, so the clip does not include any.
